Summary: The town of Hamlyn was once full of rats. They troubled people and the people had grown tired of the rats but were unable to do anything. One day, a queer fellow came to town. He was called the Pied Piper. He went to the Mayor and told him he could get rid of the rats if the mayor paid him a prize.
